Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase by contacting our customer service team at contact@elaya-cosmetics.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status directly from your Elaya Cosmetics account.

Can I return a product if the shade doesn’t match my skin?
Absolutely! At Elaya, we offer a 30-day shade match guarantee. If the foundation doesn’t blend well with your skin tone, you can request a free exchange. Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo to start the process.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
We cover return costs under our shade match guarantee. If you’re returning a product for any other reason, return shipping will be at your own expense.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the product and packaging, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

How long does a bottle of Changing Foundation last?
With daily use, one bottle can last up to 3 months. However, this may vary depending on how much product you use each day.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formula is designed to be gentle and non-irritating, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
How should I apply the Changing Foundation?
For best results, we recommend applying the foundation with a brush. This helps blend the pigments evenly and prevents any white cast. You can also use your fingers or a sponge if preferred.
How do I remove the foundation?
